Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to help. Please email us at support@bhuvikoo.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can make changes or cancel it. Once it is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped (within 1-2 business days), you will receive an email and/or SMS from us with your Xpressbees tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Q: How long does delivery take?
After a 1-2 day processing time, delivery is typically:
Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
North-East & J&K: 7-8 business days
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders across India.

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. You can return an item for any reason, including change of mind or sizing issues.

Q: Is the return shipping free?
Yes! We provide a free reverse pickup for all returns and exchanges.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
After your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse (which takes 3-5 business days), we will process your refund.
Prepaid Orders: The refund will go to your original payment source.
COD Orders: The refund will be transferred to your bank account via NEFT.
