After-Sale Questions: Orders & Shipping

We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to help. Please email us at support@bhuvikoo.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can make changes or cancel it. Once it is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Once your order is shipped (within 1-2 business days), you will receive an email and/or SMS from us with your Xpressbees tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
After a 1-2 day processing time, delivery is typically: Metro Cities: 2-3 business days Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-7 business days North-East & J&K: 7-8 business days

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. You can return an item for any reason, including change of mind or sizing issues.

Yes! We provide a free reverse pickup for all returns and exchanges.
After your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse (which takes 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. Prepaid Orders: The refund will go to your original payment source. COD Orders: The refund will be transferred to your bank account via NEFT.
