All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Gurugram within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
We have partnered with Xpressbees as our trusted courier service to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-7 business days
North-East & Jammu & Kashmir: 7-8 business days

Shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders serviceable by our courier partners within India. There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Your style, on its way. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the Xpressbees tracking website.
You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays. However, if you are facing an issue with your delivery, here is how we can help.
Shipping Delays: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking has not updated for 3-4 days, please contact our support team at support@bhuvikoo.com with your Order ID. We will immediately coordinate with Xpressbees to get an update and resolve the issue.
Lost in Transit: An order is considered 'lost in transit' if it has not been delivered and the tracking has not updated for 7-10 business days past the estimated delivery date. In such a rare event, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner. Once confirmed as lost, we will be happy to reship your order or provide a full refund, at your preference.
Incorrect Address: BhuviKoo (BPS ENTERPRISES) is not responsible for non-delivery or delays if the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Please ensure you double-check your address details at checkout.
